Came back from vacation to no AC. Stephen arrived within 30 minutes of my first call on a friday. He identified the issue, explained and answered our questions, told us all of our options, made a recommendation and was supportive thru the whole thing. Highly recommend this company ! My husband and I called multiple other heating and cooling businesses for a new AC unit. All of the other businesses were about a week wait time just for an estimate and at least another month or more out for repairs.
