We took Stella there today for the first time and we will be back! The staff were so nice to our girl and got her taken care of fast. It was easy to make an appointment and drop off during Covid was easy too. Stella came out so soft and silky and smells wonderful. We previously took our girl to PetSmart but she came out so much cleaner feeling and more happy when leaving Lucky Dog :) She’ll be there often!
I have a 140lb Newfie and have had back surgery so, it’s hard to bathe him at home. We have to do it with a water hose outside and the weather is not right for it. So you bathe him inside, he gets hair every where. This was a lifesaver. The wash tubs are high enough for me to not have to stoop. I’m 6ft tall so it’s hard on me. Today was my second time taking coco and they have out did themselves again! Jessica did such a great job and was very friendly! I will for now on take my baby coco here for her cuts.
