The two times we've been here so far have been awesome! Both times we were asked if we needed help or needed any supplies & on both occasions there were different people working. It's great seeing a consistency in customer service! We love how everything is set up & very easy to use & get to. Having different shampoos for different coats is great too when you forget your shampoo from home! We will definitely continue coming here! :)

Have taken my dog a few times, he loves the place as I do. It's convenient, clean and the staff is great! And you'll save your back alot of pain not having to bend over the tub at home. The prices are always reasonable.

We scheduled an appointment for our dog. We stopped by on Friday for a tour and general information. The gentleman was very kind and formative. We were very excited about our appointment. When we arrived for our appointment today we were very surprised at the way we were treated. We let the young lady know that we were there for an appointment. Five dogs in two tubs, wet towels and water everywhere and it wasn't at at home. The staff rocks. The place is so convenient so there is no excuse for a dirty dog.
