We love this place! So clean & cute and everyone was so helpful and friendly! We used the self dog wash and it was perfect - my kids had the best time ❤️ They provide everything you need - shampoos, conditioners, brushes , aprons, towels, professional dryers .... and it was only $12 for our big dog. Great place- try them - you will be so pleased!
We loved giving Claire her first bath at lucky dog! Your staff is so sweet and friendly and the facilities are amazing! User friendly and safe! Thank you so much for making this a fun experience for us all! We can't wait to come back!
All my doggies had such a good time here! My little dogs got a full groom, and we had a blast doing self wash with my big dog. The atmosphere is a lot cleaner and nicer than most places, and the groomers are AMAZING. I wouldn't trust anyone else in Florence to make my babies look this good!

Canyon (we finally decided on a name) had a great time at Lucky Dog. He loved the attention and the treat he got after his bath. We loved not having to clean up after his messy bath! We also loved the student discount we got. Can't wait to go back!
Great place to bathe your fur babies. Easy on the back and they clean up the mess. My fur baby just loved her bath and I will definately be taking her back for more!
