I was a long time happy client of “Puppywood Pet Resort.” Lucky Dog Retreat seems to be continuing the great boarding and day care service I have come to rely on. Many of the same staff members are still there and I never worry about my dogs while I am away. The peace of mind of great care, professionalism and great communication are extraordinary. Thank you!

The staff there were amazing starting from the front desk greeting. to my dogs 4 day stay where I was able to watch him and see how happy he was playing with other dogs they were informational on his well being the whole time the service is over too and would recommend them to any one even if it’s just for a day first time coming and will return

Great boarding experience every time! We have a somewhat difficult, large dog that needs special accommodations and they always have them ready for him. They seem like they genuinely enjoy working with all the animals there and have been nothing but nice every time we’ve gone. :)

Our dog loves going to lucky dog. While we were away for two weeks I enjoyed watching her play with the staff and other dogs on their cctv. They are also so quick to address issues that came about. Ruby had a small upset tummy early on that often happens when she is around other dogs and they called right away to discuss it with us. Also, I miscalculated her food and they called just to let me know that she would be served their house kibble. I would give lucky dog 10/10 and so would Ruby!

Lucky Dog really takes good care of your pets. This was our third time using Lucky Dog and they did a great job with our older cat, Paige. The staff is very good about keeping in touch with you about any concerns. I highly recommend Lucky Dog.
