AWE! Too cute! Thank you so much for taking the time to review us! Remus is the cutest little guy. He started out a bit shy but ended his first day on a great note after he found his groove. We are honored to have him at Lucky Dog. He is a great addition to our family! And the staff is obsessed! He really enjoyed cuddling with the handlers. Thank you for sharing him with us! Thank you so much. It has been an absolute pleasure to look after Retro and Ripley. They are such good kids! Ripley is as sweet as they come and Retro has us all laughing histerically all day long. He is the funniest, most fearless pup with a great zest for life's offerings. You have raised amazing dogs! These two light up the world!

The reason some of the current employees are leaving is they don't want change, or help implement changes that are needed. The new management has been putting in a bad position as this was not a planned transition, but a result of the Dept of Ag inspection. Not everything we are going try is going work, but we had hoped employees would help us through this transition, rather than just give up and vent there frustrations on social media.

I am sorry you decided not you help us make the changes needed, your experience would have been very helpful. You know the reason things had to change, during a Department of Agriculture inspection we received several violations, mostly around cleaning. We are fortunate to be able to borrow some experienced staff from our Central location, so the dog heath and safety is taken care of. Boy do we love Sophie! She makes us all smile with her romping, jumping and running. It is so great to see her run right into the lobby and head right back to get to playing! She makes such a great addition to our small's playgroup. And your kind words about our staff sure mean a lot too. Our family loves Lucky Dog! Our Phoebe comes home tired at the end of the day from a fun day at Lucky Dog South. Everyone is so nice and always excited to see our silly girl.
