Don't go!!! My dog was hit by a car!!! My two dogs had been going to the Lucky Dog Lounge for over a year, and to be honest they really liked going...although I have to admit I was always leery of how close to Highway 41 the lounge was. A little over 4 weeks ago (April 9, 2009), my worst fears came true. My young lab somehow got out of the fence and was hit by a car. His pelvis was broken and required surgery to repair. A Heavenly Day for you and your dog I decided to send my dog for a day and he had the best day ever! Give it a try and you will see why my dog and I are now dependent on what the lounge provides us. Oh and for boarding--this place can't be beat!
A definate hot spot (the good kind) for dogs! There are only a few words that I say to my boxers that cause them to perk their ears and then perform an energetic wiggly dance..that would be - chicken, peanut butter, Petco, and Lucky Dog Lounge. Very highly recommended!!! If you're looking for a great place to take your dog on your busier days, Lucky Dog Lounge is definitely the place! I love taking my Georgia to spend the day with Kris and the dogs at Lucky Dog. She is able to run around all day and play and be outside which are her favorite things to do without being cooped up in a crate. My girls have never been happier! Doggy daycare has been great for my two beagles. They play outside, socialize with other dogs and they LOVE Kris. She is so caring and genuinely loves all of them back! When we get to daycare, the girls run to the door and can't wait to go in and play. And did I mention they sleep SO good at night!
Lucky Dog Lunge Doggie Daycare My babies (Orion and Snoopy) loves the place. They stay overnight and have so much fun each time they go there. They come home tired and exhausted from all the playing, and can't wait for the next time. I lived in Alpharetta but I made the drive across town to Marietta because I would not bring my babies anywhere else. Kris, the den mother, is always so cheerful, happy, and helpful. Everyone needs to bring their precious babies to this place for doggie daycare and overnight boarding. I love it!
Wonderful place to leave your dog! I absolutely love Lucky Dog Lounge. I have a four month old puppy who has been going there at least once a week (sometimes more) for the last month. Kris, the woman who runs it, is so nice and loves all the animals. I even left my dog with her overnight once and she was well taken care of. The Lucky Dog Lounge is the cat's meow!!!! I found the Lucky Dog Lounge's website when I was leaving the military and returning to the U.S. I was struck by the fact that this was not a run-of-the-mill boarding facility. I could tell that owner was a dog lover because the site feature updates on the "guests" that included pictures. This reassured me that my dog would be in good hands.
