A shock broke on our motorhome as we were leaving Lawton. Despite it being 7:30 in the morning, Sam immediately answered his phone. He located replacement shocks, and made the repairs in record time. We were back on the road within 3 hours of our first contact. Thanks so much Sam!!!
I was in contact with someone from lucky's for nearly 2 weeks to get a pump checked on my truck. I had issues getting a reponse after leaving voicemails and texts. when I finally was able to get a date for the mechanic to come, they just ghosted me. Poor communication and customer service.
Sam and the young man that helped him with my 2016 F350, were on time very professional and completed all repairs in couple of hours. Highly recommend their services.
