They do not listen to what you ask for and do what they want and then charge you for it. Turn off the air conditioning when it’s 100+ degrees outside but you are mid-process and just have to sit there and sweat. I will never go back.
Should have took heed to prior reviews. Up charged when I decided to get regular polish and not gel. Was told it’s a removal fee . I guess they’ve got to get that extra crumb somehow .
My experience at this salon, particularly with Lisa, was an absolute nightmare. I explicitly instructed her to leave my eyebrows thick and long, but she completely disregarded my wishes and thinned them out to the point of being uneven and unrecognizable. Instead of acknowledging her mistake and apologizing, she arrogantly sought validation from another employee that my brows were "okay," which they clearly were not. Really bad service! Uneven shapes on my nails! The girl who do my nails left a lot of acrylic under my nails! Price was really high for that kind of service!
