I have taken my truck to Campbell's Auto Works for at least four years. I never looked at my invoices the way I should have. The key item I never called him on was his grouping everything into one cost. No breakdown of parts, supplies used or labour. I ran through the last invoiced work completed and my cost into a large AI engine. The return from AI was that I was overcharged by at least one hour. The rate at this shop is $175.00 per hour.
