Was an ok place when I moved in 6 years ago new owners brought a little hope wich was soon dashed. We were told by upper management our rent would never go up in $50 increments, just 200+ more than once, and havent trimmed trees in 4 years , the landscaping is awful even tho we get charged $75 a month for it, and I do my own. All the new rules only apply by circumstance, depending who you are,some residents haven't passed back gound checks but allowed to stay, Over sized dogs, beat up RVs,drug addicts, So dont expect much an... read more

We definitely have good things to say about this community. The residents that we have done handyman work for in the past, have had very good things to say about the community. People are friendly, and they love the feel. We are giving a review because the community is in a great location, and great people, plus some mentioned helpful team staff members. Lived here for about a year and a half. Quiet park with friendly neighbors. We loved the pool and that it's heated all winter. Within walking distance of the beach, dining, and shopping. You can see the Kennedy Space Center launches from the park. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.
