WORST community ever! Corporate doesn't call you back. Theres noone available at the office when you call. They randomly raise the rent without notifying you and threaten you and use scare tactics if they are questioned about it. (That's if anyone in the office gets back to you)

Really nice community to live in we really like it we have awesome neighbors and the manager of the park is really nice and truly cares about her residents who live in the park
I've lived here over a year now, and its a nice quiet park for the most part. Being its an RV park there is a chance of having a couple undesirables rolling through now and then. Update 9/2025: New owners have run down a nice place, the smell of raw sewage lingers in the air, from all the rotted out septics. Old run down abandoned RV's on lots.
