This place used to be great. When you would walk in, there was this employee who was very flamboyant and cheerful. You could tell he loved his job and he was great at helping you design and pick out the right jeans for you. Now the manager is some backwards hat, way-too-old-to-be-a-dude-bro guy and his teen employee who starts every sentence with "My boss says..." when handing you jeans. I look forward to shopping Lucky Brand. On this trip we spent over $400 and I bought my son a pair of men’s distressed jeans, got home and washed them before wearing, and they tore apart! Must have been a defect in the material as they literally flaked and looked shredded! Brought them back less than 12 hours after purchase with receipt but they refused to take them back!
