I was in SD for work and decided to stop by LB. The two sales associates were friendly and very professional. I was just browsing, but their superb customer service was enough to influence me to make a purchase.

Wish I could give this stores location 0 stars. The customer service is non existent… shopped and tried on clothes for a while, never greeted or asked if I needed help. After deciding what I wanted to buy went to the counter to check out the lady said “we are only taking cash”. It’s 2022 who carries cash and why not mention this when we first walked in the door? Did not get an apology or a thank you for coming in. Beyond rude and clearly didn’t care about the business making money. Lucky brand should really hire nicer employ... read more
