Best service with super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The owner Karrie rides and races to boot and gives back to the cycling community whenever she can, really can't emphasize how awesome that is!
Wonderful employees, great products and excellent service. Frustrated with my 9 year old still unable to ride a bike, they suggested my daughter take the pedals off her bike and drop the seat, and best they did it all for us. She’s now very happily riding her bike all around the neighborhood.
By far the best bike shop I have ever been to. Not only is the staff knowledgeable but more importantly the are kind, considerate, enthusiastic and more interested in helping their customers enjoy their bike experience than simply making a sale. They also have the only BG Fit Certified Master Technicians in the Chicagoland area. I am so glad that I found this shop. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a bike.
I just spent an hour with Timothy who very patiently helped me learn about road bikes. He really listened to what I wanted to accomplish this year, and I feel confident in what we are looking at as options. Road bikes are pricey, and he isn't pushing me to buy right away. He is going to have some built in my size so when I come back I can test a couple. Really hoping I have found "my bike shop" and looking forward to my next visit to test ride.
I just had both my bike and my wife's serviced and they did a great job! Very happy, I will be returning!
