Karrie fitted my new to me road bike and helped me with a second fit. Completely new to road bikes let alone aero bars, I am a very nervous rider but Karrie helped increase my confidence with her expertise and kindness as well as humor.
Helpful but not very friendly. Definetly miss having Kerrie there. Not very family oriented.
Very friendly staff and they are not pushy trying to get you to purchase a more expensive bike.
