This shop is very horrible. The customer service was terrible. The owner claimed she couldn't braid my hair because my hair was too straight to braid. They were trying to persuade me to get kinky twists so they want have to do micro braids on me. I recommend not to get your hair braided by them.
i use to drive 2 hrs. from michigan to chicago every 2 months just to get my hair done. I love the way they do hair they are the best. Now im 16 hours away and i am missing getting my hair done by lucky and her crew. keep up the good work. and if yall wanna make some real money open up a shop in austin, texas
