You gotta go, I’m so glad I went! I made an appointment to see Dr. Hayes office yesterday because I had a sore shoulder and biceps. She administered acupuncture needles and cupping that moved all of the stagnation locked in those areas. In addition, she utilized something called a tuning fork, which sends a mild vibration on your body to get things moving, I moved it! I even started my period a couple hours later.
