I think they are bandits. They charge $75 to get your personal property back and when questioned how they can charge that much , they became rude and threatened I could come back another day and then stated arent you things worth $75 . So I had to buy things that were already mine. This is criminal behavior....

Repoing a motorcycle from me, not a problem. Have had 3 appointments set up to pick I up, first one no call no show, second one, I called to inform them I was there and was told they weren't coming on a Sunday because veryone was out on a ride. Person was very condisending about it. We set up a 3rdmpick up for 9am next morning, the person showed up, but had a tow truck, after he and I got the bike out and ready he informed that he had to go to do another tow and would be back in 2 hrs with a flatbed. Horrible company, weren't there when I had an APPOINTMENT to get my car. Never answered the phone or emails or called back. Awful.

I actually had a truck that Mike from Lucky 13 repossessed and I thought that the overall service was pretty good and reasonable....only $100....to tow from a 15 mile distance...Mike is the owner and only worker...he answered me everytime I called and called me back...He was very nice....I had nothing missing out of the truck so it is all good

Worst customer service ever. Rude staff never opened when they advirtise. Lots of hidden fees.
