Beautiful salon, mostly friendly staff. The lady who did my nails was amazing!! The pedicure was my first service….water was COLD!! The pedicure tech kept insisting I get the “lavender” pedicure, even after I chose the service I wanted. Once she realized I was not going to get what she recommended, she caught an attitude and forced my feet into the cold water several times. I complained about the temperature and she just laughed. Update: Luckey nails made it right and I had I very pleasant experience. I am glad they were willing to do what they did instead of brushing this off. Because of this I will continue to go to them. The people that work here are really nice, but I’ve walked in twice and been ignored. The service also is going downhill. They don’t even include a callus scrub or a decent massage with a basic pedicure anymore and that’s crazy to me. Like they’ve made it as basic as basic can get. I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. The man doing my pedicure was not wearing gloves, which already raised some concerns for me. What made it worse was that he had a runny nose, was touching his face, and then proceeded to touch my bare feet and legs without any consideration for cleanliness or hygiene. It was incredibly unsanitary and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be returning after this experience. I hope the salon takes hygiene practices more seriously going forward.
