Apologies. I submitted the last review for Lucke Dental accidentally - the dentist I was trying to find is Dr. Ward Pediatric --- NOT Lucke Dental.
My daughter has received care at this facility for several years. We traveled to her appointment this afternoon and was notified we had fallen behind on payments. I offered to call in tomorrow to set up a new payment plan with the office and was denied by their office manager. As I left the office with my daughter, the office manager emerged from the back room as we were leaving to announce to the entire waiting room that my card on file kept getting denied.
