Abysmal customer service. Called and received a quote. Tried to contact them for weeks to hire. Could not get a returned call or text, until my husband finally decided to text them that we were going to go with someone else, then received an immediate response saying they were sorry that they couldn't help us.
The management at Luck Roofing was very thorough in explaining the roofing process and my options. The crew was quick and efficient during the removal and replacement of my roof, with a thorough clean up of materials, debris and nails. QC followed up with a very detailed roof inspection. Luck Roofing did an excellent job on our house. They worked with our insurance company and got us the roof that we wanted. Our insurance didn’t want to approve a premium style shingle but Luck was on our side and we got what we wanted.
