Luck Chevrolet is an overall good dealership. As far as the service manager James and service advisor Megan makes it hard to want to stay there is a Ex-employee. Starting off with James held me back as an employee from getting my state inspection license as he thinks I will do something bad with it. When in the end he puts VA inspection stickers on vehicles that do not pass. He would also not want to inspect my vehicle when my vehicle legally passes Va state inspection. Rick Hendrick Chevrolet is the best, DO NOT use Luck Chevrolet. Took a 2025 Silverado 2500 HD with 1,600 miles to Luck because it was pulling to the left since it was purchased. Spoke with James later on that day and he said that the truck was put on the alignment rack and everything was good. Told me that every Chevy that he has ever owned has pulled to the left or the right. Told me to bring it back in at 6,000 miles and see if the truck had settled in. While in Virginia for work for 2 months I needed and oil change, tire rotation, DEF fluid, and a recall on my tailgate switch. I stopped in around 9:30 am and spoke with a lady in the service department and was treated so rudely by her. She told me it would be 2 weeks before I could get scheduled. I was surprised. I asked if there was any way I could get squeezed in in the next few days and that I can get an oil change sometimes in the same day or next day at home in Louisiana. After having a questionable service experience at another Chevrolet dealership in the Richmond area I chose to go to Luck. James was very understanding of my situation and very helpful. I will definitely be going back to Luck in the future.
