Had my vehicle serviced. This is a day later… so far repairs are holding up as always. I’ve been a customer for over a year and each experience is pleasant. After being told that parts are "unavailable" or having been given a long lead time and high price to get them, I was referred to Luck by a friend and have no intention of shopping elsewhere anymore. The salespeople are friendly and the parts counter is knowledgeable and will help you find what you need. I would highly recommend checking with them first, over other GM dealers.
Charlie Guthrie was honest, patient, and very helpful in the purchase of my new Silverado. He was able to relay information electronically, so I didn't need to spend my day stuck at the dealership talking numbers and terms. I enjoy the experience of buying from Luck, as it is a relaxed, no pressure atmosphere. I know dealerships have to protect their bottom line, however the Sales Manager should be a little more personable.
