In 2020 we were going to use Jimmy for our wedding. COVID came along and we had to change plans. Jimmy worked with us without a deposit and when we had to cancel was very compassionate. We remembered this and were finally able to pay him back when we hired him to catered our daughters first birthday party. Jimmy and his staff did an excellent job and we received great reviews from our guests.
I'm a client at a business that Jimmy caters to. I have severe GI issues and have to follow a physician prescribed diet ("Low FODMAP" diet). I called Jimmy to express my concerns that I wasn't receiving foods that are OK for my diet.
