I called for a prescription or appointment if necessary for a COPD exacerbation. Was given an appointment for 3:20 pm only to get a call from the nurse at 3:00 that I should go to the ER or urgent care where I can be exposed to even more germs. I know my body and especially know what I need for an exacerbation! I called back today to be totally ignored!
