If you are from Texas or Louisiana (I’m a Houston native), do not come here with high hopes. They act the part but this was just not it. Their brisket that is allegedly tender was very dry yet fatty with very little flavor. There are lots of mentions in the menu of the food being Texas style or New Orleans style food but could not be further from the truth.
