From the unruly toddlers running around the outdoor patio, the long wait for my server to check in and the mediocre food, this particular Lucille's was NOT what I remember! It seems like they struggle dealing with a crowded restaurant. I made a reservation but they sat us in the outdoor patio in the very last table. The heater was not working and it was COLD outside. My food was really cold , and we was eating pork!!!! Also the service wasn't right, they bring the biscuits bread almost when we finish to eat!!!
My review is based on the service i received today. I had never been to this specific location before until i placed an order to be picked up Christmas Eve. I love their food and so I decided to order our family's dinner from here. I understand i needed my order number but i could not locate my receipt. I had my id, phone number and email used. If you're looking for a great barbecue and you're not in texas. You have to check this place out. It is probably the best barbecue I've tasted in a while.
