I just bought my dress for my sophomore ring dance at Lucille's! I love the dress and the girl that helped me was great.............I can't wait for my dance so all of my friends can see the dress! Thanks You!

Lucille's is the only place I will EVER go for my formal needs. They went out of their way to search and find me the wedding dress of my dreams, and didn't even charge me any extra for their services and to have it delivered from Canada. They are friendly and accomodating, I would recomend them to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience at Lucille's Bridal Shop while shopping for my daughters Jr. prom dress. We didn't even know that Lucille's was located there. We went to Cooper's and were told we couldn't touch any of the dresses. My daughter finally had a chance to try on two that she liked and the owners began to argue amongst themselves. When my daughter asked a question one of the women snapped at her and told her she needed to wait! We immediately left and saw the sign for Lucille's on our way out. Love it!: I love Lucilles Bridal. This is where i am getting my wedding dress. The people are soo nice and are willing to help you find the perfect dress. They are awesome and i would recommend them to anyone.

bought my gown at Lucille's Bridal in Orange, CT for my son's wedding. I want to tell you who happy I am doing that.The service was outstanding in helping me select the style and color that suited me best. That made me happy. Most of all, I never expected so many guests to come up to me after the church ceremony to tell me how beautiful my gown was. later at the reception people still came over to me to tell me how beautiful my gown was. I had a wonderful experience. My friends and I felt like family and we ended up making a purchase the first time out shopping! Customer service is a big priority to me and that's why I chose Lucille's for my bridal gown!!!

I loved the service at your shop - I've also been to David's Bridal in Orange and Mariella's in Rocky Hill (as well as a few shops out of my price range in Boston). Your store by far has had the best service. I wish I had found my dream dress with you because I would not have hesitated to make a purchase at your store. My experience with your knowledgeable staff was great. They were very attentive and answered all of my questions during my visit, and beleive me, there were alot. Also, several weeks after my visit, I called to ask additional questions on some gowns, and I was given the same personal attention via telephone as I did in person. It was neat!
