Members & staff friendly! Gym clean! Great classes! All women for a comfortable workout!
I have always said that I hate the gym. When they closed the Plainview office I started going to the gym in Valley Stream. The people that were so nice and so friendly to me it was hard for me to keep a mean angry face. LOL Now I go to the Valley Stream location 3 to 4 times a week and I actually enjoy coming to the gym mainly due to the friendly atmosphere. Thank you ladies for giving me a warm embrace.
Took the Body Shred Class this morning with Theresa....was excellent!!!!! She's a fabulous instructor with great music too!!! Was a challenge, but she managed to make it a lot of fun!!! I will be back to take the class (11:30 on Saturday) again :-)
Was particularly annoyed this evening by how crowded it was. I was dreading January for this very reason.
