Great gym
Its great I've been a member on and off for years .. and theyre zumba classes are the best. I literally did zumba for about three months and lost about 30 lbs.... ive maintained them off but I will go back again for 30 more... the best part is that i owed them money since i switched banks and they offered to waive the fees. LUCILLE ROBERTS IS THE BEST !!!!
I joined on August 1, 2013 and have a great experience. I can feel results in just one month. I lost weight and feel great. The instructors and classes are challenging and I get a vigorous workout. It's close to home and offers reasonable fees. It has everything I need, weights, ellipticals, treadmills, machines and classes. The classes offer a variety of routines, including step classes, aerobics, resistance and Zumba. It also has babysitting services.
