Lucille did a great job finding a home for me in the Mid- Hudson River valley. She was very knowledgeable and a good listener for what I was looking for. She was also very thoughtful and helpful with the process of giving unbiased, but very qualified opinions on inspection recommendations, sewer/septic, appropriate pricing and all the specialties of purchasing a house in NY. Lucille is a fantastic realtor. I am an out of state homebuyer who isn’t familiar with the area or the NY home buying process. Lucille provided excellent advice from where to find groceries locally to how to contact real estate and bank lawyers (and how many lawyers are needed—NY is crazy y’all).
