This was my first apartment out of college and I gotta say the Lucille team and the apartment itself made the past year such a great experience. From the amazing amenities that come with the place ( amazing rooftop view of the city btw), the fast response times from the maintenance team if there was ever issues, the Northeast neighborhood, and the fluent communication with the office staff ( special shoutout to Dylan and Alex!) made for such a relaxing time. I truly enjoyed living in this apartment and will miss it dearly. One of my favorite things was the rooftop view; It always took my breath away and had a way of clearing my worries. The team was always friendly and helpful, which made living here an even more enjoyable experience. I’ll always remember this place fondly. Thank you!
The only reason we moved out is because we bought a house. The apartments are modern and the front desk is GREAT.
We have been at the Lucille Apartments for over 3 years now, and have loved our time here. The management team has been nice and accommodating, the amenities are always in good condition, and recently had a very nice coffee maker put into the lobby. The maintenance team is always very helpful, friendly, and prompt. Worthy of a 5-star rating.
My husband and I lived here with our two dogs for two years and only left to move out of state. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed living here. The community spaces are well maintained and inviting. Our neighbors were always respectful, we never had issues with noise or drama. Location is fantastic, easy access to downtown and Northloop.
