Amazing physician. She truly cares about her patients. She is very easy to talk to. This doctor does everything in order to get to the bottom of your issue. She has so much knowledge. I had my father there for labs and she is so thorough at explaining what the labs mean. I have never had a doctor like her before. One of a kind!
This Dr. will still do house calls, enough said. She cares for the person she is treating.
Horrible horrible staff. Rude, forgetting to put in appointments, I have been out to her office twice now as told to by her staff and they were closed! They don't even keep the posted hours. Tests galore the doctor loves to milk insurance after leaving her clients sitting for two hours in the waiting room. I am not exaggerating. 2hours is my AVERAGE wait time. I can only go see her on my days off work as it is an all day deal. Stay away from this place.
Horrible low paid lack of office staff. Does not even employ an RN. Does not have any nurse practitioners or anyone else to cover when she's out of the office which is quite often due to hospital calls, education days, ect. Calls to reschedule your appointment quite often. Lack of organization and confuses you with other patients. Prescribes lots of medications that your insurance company will not even cover. Does not return phone calls. Highly knowledgeable, but not a business oriented person.
I am very glad that I have stayed with dr Lucietto as my primary Doctor! I had a run in with a previous staff of hers and had really debated if I wanted to come back but in glad I did! Not only do I trust her with my care buts he is fun to talk with also!
