After getting bids from multiple contractors for a full kitchen, laundry and guest bath renovation, we went with Creative Elements. The estimate provided was very detailed with exactly what was included and what was not included, which gave us confidence that there wouldn’t be surprise charges as the project progressed. The quality of the work far surpassed work done previously by other contractors. I would not recommend this company after our experience. While I could write a novel on all the issues we ran across during our project (as with most construction projects), we agreed to pay a premium for project management, professionalism and quality of work but did not receive any of those. We were charged 40%-100%+ mark up on items in our bid. How do we know? They accidentally sent us our bid with their markups included. I'd suggest using a different company.
