I showed up at Lucido Jewelry for my first time two days ago, and Seba was super kind and helpful showing me some Rolex watches, new and pre owned. I anyway told her I was looking for an Explorer 36mm, because I wanted a lighter everyday watch. Yesterday she texted me immediately because she found a new one and she was holding it for me!! Chloe has been absolutely delightful and helpful in the engagement ring and wedding ring process. She went above and beyond to assist us and to get us exactly what we wanted. She has been very helpful and super communicative which has been a blessing
