I have been blessed to acquire a watch from Lucido Jewelry and my experience from start to on my wrist was second to none. The fellow that greeted me when I walked in was courteous and affable, the store was gorgeous and inspiring, and the care I received from Seba made me feel like I was the first customer of the day despite it being close to 5pm on a Friday. Lucido Jewelry in Birmingham is truly a one of a kind. The location it’s self is gorgeous, on top of the warm and friendly staff that greets you at the door every visit. I’ve worked with Seba Abro on multiple pieces and they are nothing short of beautiful. She has become a great friend, not just jeweler. I high recommend Seba and all that she offers for her clients!

This was our fourth ring stop and within 5 minutes of working with Sara we knew it would be our last. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with guiding us through the process and helping us to design exactly what we wanted. At no point did we feel like we were being "sold".
