Attempted for the last 2 weeks to make an appointment. Once you call the reviews are correct no one answers. You are greeted with a long message stating they are a small family owned clinic and to leave a callback number with some POC. They state they will get back to you in 2 business days. I have called twice in the last 10 days. Unsure if this clinic is able to hold any patient load at this time. Realistically access to timely care in CA is15 business days, but returning phone calls is simply not that difficult. I would s... read more

I found Dr Aurora after a few Google searches trying to find a place that didn’t have months of wait time for a sleep study as I needed for surgery, I was hesitant because of reviews but I have to say I am so happy I found them. They were FAST, professional, accesible and the doctor to the time to a answer all of my questions during our initial consult. Made an appointment to get myself checked for sleep apnea. The doctor said I should hear from the sleep center that would test me in about a week after our online appointment. Never heard from the sleep center, and every time I call the office, nobody EVER picks up the phone. I've called over several days multiple times and not a single time has anybody picked up the phone. I'm at work and can't get into their online portal so the only way to get this issue resolved is to call, but they simply never answer their phone.

Horrible front desk communication. I filled out the online form, and it said they would send me an email within a day or 2. A week later, i still got no response, so I called. No answer. I left a voicemail, following all the instructions, leaving my reason for calling, name, and phone #. 2 weeks later, I still have not received an email or a call back
