At First the idea to coming to treatment at Lucida was terrifying. I had all types of questions. For example, was the staff caring ? how was the cleanliness of the rooms/houses? What kind of therapist was I going to have to work with. Lucida surpassed all my expectations. For my intake I was greeted with friendly techs. The offices were very clean. I had a really good experience at Lucida. I was there twiece in 2019. The building was very nice but what really made the difference was the staff. All the staff were so amazing. The techs made time for me when I needed to talk, my therapist would stay late when I was having a hard time, and the clinical director makes time for anyone who wants/ needs to talk to her. The nurses are great and know what they are doing. All the staff really care. It is easy to see.

The staff, caseworkers, and especially the therapists are extremely kind, care about each individual, are supportive, understanding, educated, and frankly made my experience here the best. They were always available to listen or talk with you about anything. The community as a whole is very supportive, kind, caring, and a true family. The facility is very clean and "homey" feeling. I would highly recommend Lucida to anyone who is in need of recovery of any kind. The

Phenomenal treatment center I came in with high expectations I’m leaving with the same. The food here is amazing and the staff is incredibly engaging. There is drama from time to time with the clients but if You focus on yourself you’ll get the most out of the experience here. Sandy the the therapist here is the best ever she keeps you grounded and is very engaging if you come to Lucida ask to get her!

I was at Lucida from January 28, 2020, through April 27, 2020, for mental health. The therapists and staff are awesome. I was at Lucida just before and during the challenging time of the pandemic. Prior to the pandemic, we would go off campus for meetings daily and to the beach and other fun places on the weekend. We went to the movies, bowling, ice skating, Manatee Lagoon, miniature golf, Loxahatchee Wildlife Preserve.
