I was really happy with my experience at the store, which ultimately led me to lease a Lucid Air! Marvin provided excellent support throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions, whether by text or phone call.
I just leased my first Lucid product (2025 Air Pure) on June/27, 2025. Long story short, test drive of a Lucid Air pure helped me convince that this is the right one for me. It was an easy choice (as this is luxury segment) between Tesla 3/Y over Air for similar price points (there's $21k = $7.5k EV discount applied only while leasing + $10k June discount + $2k onsite credit so I had to travel to Millbrae to pick my car in person and this discount was worth it + $2k conquest credit for owning a Volvo) discount on a $70K luci... read more
Nobody assists you, sales associates seem disinterested in making sales and assisting with test drive scheduling. Also I don’t trust the longevity of this brand/quality as their in store demo vehicle had things like the front massage seats not working properly when I visited. I’d much rather give my business to an established brand that will be around when things go wrong and at least acts like they care about my business when I walk in.
I had a great experience at Lucid Studio in Westfield Valley Fair. Marvin was the Sales Specialist who helped me. He was a knowledgeable owner of his own Lucid and communicated really well throughout the test drive as well as follow-up discussions.
