The concierges at the Lucid Studio in UTC are amazing. For those who don't know, it's not a typical dealership. Their team isn't there to sell you something; they're there to assist and educate, and they are excellent at it. I actually purchased my car online and took delivery at another location, but the San Diego team was still incredibly helpful. It's also great to hear they'll be opening a service center here soon. Bought a Lucid Air from Elliot. She was fantastic, walking us through the entire experience. Three weeks after purchase we had some questions regarding a few things we did not quite understand. She met us in parking lot and answered our many questions. Super happy with the beautiful car but a major shout out in particular to Elliot !
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a luxury car showroom. I came in excited to see the new Lucid SUV after previously test-driving the sedan, but the customer rep ruined the entire visit. The guy who “helped” me was beyond arrogant, rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in answering even the most basic questions. He acted like I was bothering him just by being there. Sales was helpful, gave us an insight of all pros and cons and of course their sales pitch was very convincing. Not ready to move full EV yet.
