Disappointed with our experience at Lucid Motors. My son leased a brand new vehicle and, on the very first day he took it off the lot, noticed a slow leak in one of the tires. He brought it back to Lucid right away, and they claimed it had a nail in it. No driving through construction zones or anything that would explain it—just bad luck, apparently. From our initial phone call to the detailed overview of the Lucid lineup, Tanner was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Kan took me and my friend on a test drive. I have always been skeptical of sales personnel but I felt I could both ask questions about the vehicles and ask about his own take on the cars. Felt taken care of and supported. Ask for Kan, he is awesome.
