Test drive is in a tight and crowded downtown with constant pedestrian activity, which isn’t ideal. Vlad was kind and helpful and the Lucid brand itself is cool AF.
Great experience dealing with my salesperson, however it became a very frustrating experience the minute I completed the online customer registration form and “Vlad” the Sales Manager became involved (which entirely ruined the experience)… It’s truly disappointing when a new brand comes along with some potential, but management hasn’t figured out that it’s customers they need to keep the brand afloat and not a ton of bureaucracy Anyways, I learned an important lesson, stick to the brands that you know as they are established... read more
we came from Seattle to do the test driving, the guy (sorry, didn't know name) was friendly and professional, he answered all our question, he told us the history of Lucid, future plan and the picuture of whole ev industry. we learnt a lot. The tese drive was fun.
