Disappointed with our experience at Lucid Motors. My son leased a brand new vehicle and, on the very first day he took it off the lot, noticed a slow leak in one of the tires. He brought it back to Lucid right away, and they claimed it had a nail in it. No driving through construction zones or anything that would explain it—just bad luck, apparently. Rather than offering any goodwill support for a tire issue that showed up immediately after driving off the lot, they strongly recommended a full replacement and charged him $75... read more
From our initial phone call to the detailed overview of the Lucid lineup, Tanner was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and professional.
