Called the dealer on Thursday because the steering wheel was no longer turning, they deployed a tow truck to tow the car which was located in a parking garage The tow company sent a truck which was to high and could not access the parking garage which caused them to redeploy another tow truck. The staff was clearly not interested in telling us about the car or even selling a car. Someone needs to retrain the stafff ASAP.
