Called the dealer on Thursday because the steering wheel was no longer turning, they deployed a tow truck to tow the car which was located in a parking garage The tow company sent a truck which was to high and could not access the parking garage which caused them to redeploy another tow truck. Car was towed to the Dealership in Tyson's meanwhile the dealership was texting me with the number to have a loaner car arranged.
