Went there to check the car, but i was blocked with a very rude female member working there. She did not allow me to check the car although i saw people checking the car from inside when i passed by the place the first time. I mean she was rude with excellence! Now i know why i don’t find many lucid cars in the streets!
The car Is great however the associates in the Tyson Lucid dealerships are the worst when it comes to customer service follow up and even calling you back The process they use for scheduling either for a detail job or service is the worst. I had a detailed job scheduled this week where a gentleman Giovanni called me a week ago, since then I attempted to call him twice, and everybody at the dealership promised that he would call me back by the end of the day and no one ever did; so as I initiated the last call to make contact... read more
