I walked into Tysons Lucid fully prepared to seriously discuss a purchase, and the customer service I received was nothing short of appalling. There were two employees and I use that term loosely literally planted in chairs, acting as if my presence was an annoyance rather than a potential six-figure sale. They were so utterly disinterested that they didn't even bother to lift their heads, let alone utter a simple "Can I help you?" or "Welcome." It was an egregious display of apathy.
I never felt so disappointed and so unwelcome that a new car company and especially the sales man put a car in a showroom just to look the exterior of the car and the moment you ask to look around then he said this car is sold you can’t get in, do not come Wednesday afternoon.
Phenomenal car. Best car i have ever driven and if you need transparency and ease of mind please please work with Rezza. The most honest and transparent Sales person I have ever dealt with Im addition I just got my wife a Lucid Amazing experience
