Came to tow a car service department waited until I got there to wash it even though it had been scheduled for a few hours, then proceeded to tell me that we can’t tow it with wrecker and Dollie’s because he has seen so many cars damaged being towed that way. My experience with Lucid Motors and Nick, Chris, and Brianna was awful. There was constant miscommunication, no accountability, and they completely steered us in the wrong direction. No one took responsibility, and the entire process was frustrating from start to finish. Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in the auto industry. Avoid them.

We recently purchased a new Lucid and could not be happier. John was great to work with, no pressure, very patient and understanding to all our questions and needs to get us into the exact car we wanted. Informed us of all the steps that need to be taken and then some, communication was great across the board. When we picked up the car (Nick, I believe, if not i apologize) was great as well, took ample time with us showing us the in’s and out’s of the vehicle.
