Car was here for 6 days & met 2 men in service that were great & honest but I cannot give it higher than 2 stars due to the sales department who misinformed me on what was included in the lease & not only did not make any effort to resolve it but did not respond until 5 minutes after I left in my car. Excellent vehicles and service. Poor and inappropriate management. Difficult to deal with and disreputable behavior. I won’t deal with them again or purchase more products
I had an amazing experience buying Lucid Air from this place. My advisor Steven was exceptional right from test drive to finalizing the deal. He was very straightforward, had detailed knowledge about Lucid. I would recommend this place and Steven as your advisor. He helped me get the car when it was nearly impossible to get last minute.
