We recently purchased a new Lucid and could not be happier. John was great to work with, no pressure, very patient and understanding to all our questions and needs to get us into the exact car we wanted. Informed us of all the steps that need to be taken and then some, communication was great across the board. John was great to work with. Incredibly knowledgeable of the car, answered all questions I had, and made the whole buying experience / hand-off smooth! I highly recommend Lucid Natick. John was very prompt on responding to my emails/messages even outside of his working hours. He went above and beyond to make sure any issues that I had would be resolved.
James is a phenomenal person and was extremely kind during the test drive of a Lucid Air Grand Touring! He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered my questions very well! Lucid is a true luxury car brand in which their dealer and cars both reflect this in the experience they give to both customers and people just wanting to learn more about their brand! Would definitely recommend Lucid to anyone looking for an amazing luxury EV sedan!
First of all, I hadn't thought a Lucid Air was in the realm of possibility for me. They showed me that the base price was about half of what I thought, and then incentives brought it down by another one-third, to a number I could actually consider. Service has been wonderful. They've patiently talked me through various aspects of the car, starting before delivery. Delivery was a great experience.
