Came in to try to test drive the new Gravity. The place was pretty empty with a single customer. The sales associate who worked with us was pretty clueless and was not sure how to set up the test drive. The other associate in the store seemed apathetic and just sat on his computer caring less and did not try to reslove the situation. I am very disappointed because I drove almost an hour to get to the store and left without being able to test drive even though the car was available.
I am the owner of a Lucid Certified Collision Repair Facility in NJ. I stopped in this week, but I didn't have a lot of time, due to the fact that I needed to catch a flight back home. I noticed the Gravity out front and I have yet to see one in person so I stopped in to introduce myself and as to have a look at the car in the showroom. Went to checkout the Gravity while in town since they don’t have a showroom where I live. Chris here at the WPB location was excellent and did a great job showing me around the car and on the test drive. Just confirmed for me more that a Lucid is in my future. Loved this location and really enjoying learning about the company!
Booked a test drive appointment here through the website, our associate was David, and he was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable on the cars and gave us a very pleasant experience. Everyone else was very kind as well. Definitely a 10/10, would totally come again, and the snacks were a very epic surprise bonus as well!
I had an excellent experience with Erik Martinez. Erik gave me a thorough review of the car and was totally honest and upfront with everything including pricing. If you are looking to get a Lucid, you will not find a better sales associate than Erik Martinez.
