Both my sales and service rep (service rep had to help me with delivery/vehicle pickup because my sales rep was off that day) were very nice, professional, informative!! I had a very pleasant experience that I test drove and decided to sign up for the lease the same afternoon. I have my car for about a month now. Both my husband and I really enjoy the ride. My sales rep was Ariel if you need someone specific to help you.
This is only for sales and lease vehicle pick up experience since I have not tried using their service, yet. However, if you would like to consider leasing. **I highly recommend you read the lease return stories on Reddit to make your final decision.** Many people were being charged ~$2.4k for skid plate scratches when they returned their lease. The Service Center is terrible. I made a reservation for Service on the car because the entertainment center is not working on the car. The Bluetooth is not working on the car. I waited two months for the appointment only to show up and be told that they could not get to my car for a week And did not have a loaner car for me. . They explained that they’re the only Service Center for Orange County, San Diego and LA and they are very very very busy. I visited the showroom and scheduled a test drive (Lucid Air Touring). Certainly a great EV and a strong contender for my next EV purchase! Emma at the Studio was great to work with as well. Friendly and knowledgeable!
I have had my Lucid for almost a year now. Car is very reliable overall. I did have an issue which I reached out to Lucid Service and I was fortunate enough to have Yosmar my service advisor. He was very communicative, helpful, and a very seamless process. I left very satisfied with the process and I can only thank Yosmar for all his help and efforts.
