Really disappointed and heartbroken, my style fell flat an hour after leaving after being very careful to not touch anything. The shampooing only washed the top half of my head, overall I felt like a rushed end of the day appointment. No hold products were used before other than the hairspray at the end, so now my hair is stiff on top and flat everywhere else for my event. Big bummer.
