We worked with Marco to buy a home. We were unsure whether we wanted to stick out a few more years in the city or head to a NW suburb. This is an OK broker.
Updated Feb 2024: We bought another house with Marco. It went extremely well. I am about to deposit a rebate check FROM Lucid realty to me for $39,405. If you are buying a higher-priced home you'd be crazy not to at least talk to them. Period. September 2018: We recently bought a home with Marco Mejia and had a wonderful experience. You would be crazy to work with one of the giant realty shops when buying a home-- this saved us a ton of money and the alignment of incentives made much more sense. Think outside the box!
This is our second time working with Marco and we can’t speak more highly of him and Lucid Realty. We found a house we loved and when we were ready to put in an offer, we reached out to Marco and he jumped in and helped us navigate the process, negotiate and reach an agreement with the seller.
