Buyer beware—Lucid Med Spa felt like a total rip-off. I paid for “premium” dermal fillers and saw zero results. With Cristina Schasse’s 2025 federal conviction for drug tampering and switching controlled substances (https://www.wric.com/news/local-news/henrico-county/nurse-tampered-medications-fentanyl-pleads-guilty/), I can’t shake the fear that I’m not actually getting what I paid for. I would rate as a zero star if able.
I had a disappointing experience with scheduling and communication at this med spa. After booking an appointment, I rescheduled into a model slot. Despite this, I continued receiving notifications for the original appointment, indicating it had not been properly canceled on their end. When I reached out for clarification, I was repeatedly told that communication could only happen over the phone and that they would no longer respond via text, which is unreasonable when trying to maintain clear documentation.
