This is the most exciting and enlightening technology I’ve ever experienced! Highly recommend.
I went to Eric a year+ ago for two massages and meant to go back but got very busy. I will not go that long before returning. He is making sure I start stretching, on that note excuse me while I go get on my hamstrings...ok I’m back, I strongly recommend getting in a session whether it’s a massage, the lucid light or to look at his art work. He’s very knowledgeable and you will leave knowing yourself better.
Erik is far and away the BEST massage therapist I have been to in Austin, and I’ve been to a number of them. He understands how to identify the cause of your pain and the best way to alleviate it. There is nothing rushed or rote about the treatment; he explains what he is doing and how/why it will address your issue(s). Make no mistake, this is honest-to-goodness therapy.....I just wish there were more than 5 stars for this rating!
