I have been working with Jackie for years and she is absolutely amazing! Lucid is lucky to have a gem like her. I bought these from 2019. She always takes such good care of me even when I stop by with no appt. I will be buying my 2nd set just to have spares!

Every time I am at this Sams Club Jackie will acknowledge me and aak how my family is. A real assest to Lucid.
I came from Port Huron location for another test here with Jackie. I did a new test and demo at her location. She really knew how to make the perfect fitting and took her time testing and educating me on the loss. I bought the top of the line 128s and happy with the hearing aids and service. I always talk highly of Jackie and refer others!
I was a walk up and asked Jackie if I can transfer my father from different location and she got me in right away. She is very professional and made the adjustments to make Dad happy again! Great service!!!!
