Jackie is wonderful - been dealing with her since 2019. She knows her stuff
Jackie in Utica is good in service and followups. She answered all our questions during the initial exam and we went time with them the same day. She got us in the following week for Bluetooth and adjustments. Great service!!!
I was referred to Jackie by my brother that purchased from her. He had so much good to say about this Utica location. I saw Jackie few days ago and she did such a thorough exam and I tried hearing aids. I wanted the best she offered and had to wait to receive the hearing aids I wanted . She was able to get what i wanted in 2 days. The day she received the hearing aids she called me and got ne in right away. I went Home with 128s and sound great. She is great to work with. I will do the same and refer to all.

Jackie in Utica I had for my specialist for over 8 years and she is Great and the reason I bought 2 sets from her! She has called to remind me to come in for cleanings and annuals. She always thinks of me. .She is on top of it. Great service and recommend my cousin and he also bought from her.
