If I could give NO STARS I would. Absolute disregard for customers. Rich was late, called after the appt was suppose to start. Then he was on the way, but didnt show. Absolute disaster of an operation. Imagine if you needed help with your hearing aids. Two weeks later, we have returned to give Rich another chance.....
