If I could give zero I would!! I have worn these hearing aids for over 3 years. They began to malfunction almost at the 3 year mark on the dot! No warning just stopped working! I had seen Ms Ginger from the beginning. She didn’t give me good instructions about the care of the hearing aids that I paid $3,000 to wear them. There is walk in clinic on Thursday’s. Ginger is an excellent technician. Great hearing test and she runs a wonderful clinic!
The testing was super! I got a thorough hearing exam and explanation of my needs from Ginger.
Ginger is very knowledgeable , extremely proficient and a caring individual. If you are in the Brunswick, GA area, I would highly recommend seeing her if you are in the hearing aid / hearing loss market.
I am very pleased with Ginger. She is outstanding and very knowledgeable about issues with hearing and the ear.
