I didn't know what to expect as I have not had a hearing test in many years. Lana was thorough and knowledgeable. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow. She pointed out an abnormality in my right ear that I was not aware of and she suggested I follow up with an ENT doctor. I would recommend this service/location to my friends and family.
I have always been treated with respect, friendliness and helpfulness when i visit Lana at Sams Club hearing center. She always has time and always goes further to help me than i expected. I recommend her. BOB Hohulski
